遊戲運營支持主管 Games Operations Support Executive（謝絕中介！）

工資 Salary: $3000 - $6000

工作地點 Location: Jurong East

工作時間 Working Hours: 5/6天制 // 周一至五/六 9am - 6pm (彈性工作日)

職責範圍

• 負責社交或遊戲應用程式的日常運營，並按計劃完成公司的運營目標

• 跟蹤運營數據，基於數據分析，總結和改進運營策略

• 優化推廣計劃，並根據不同的用戶組提高應用的轉化率和付款率

• 進行競爭對手分析，包括產品分析，渠道分析和運營策略分析，並定期發布運營優化計劃

• 鞏固來自玩家的反饋並改善核心遊戲循環

• 處理應用程式提交並熟悉IOS和Google Play商店的最佳做法

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations of social or game apps and complete the company's operational goals as scheduled

• Tracking operational data, analyzing, summarizing and improving operational strategies based on data

• Optimize the promotion plan and increase app's conversion rate and payment rate based on different user groups

• Conduct competitor analysis, including product analysis, channel analysis and operational strategy analysis, and regularly issue operational optimization plans

• Consolidating feedback from players and improving the core game-loop

• Handle app submission and familiar with IOS and Google Play Store best practices.

要求

• 2年以上社交或遊戲相關操作經驗

• 精通應用推廣和操作流程

• 中英文流利，可與中國團隊溝通

• 表現出渴望提供價值和積極態度的團隊合作者

• 時間管理技巧以按時完成

Requirements

• More than 2 years of social or game related operation experience

• Proficient in workflow of app promotion and operations

• Fluent in English and Chinese for communication with the China team

• A team player presenting an eagerness to provide value and positive attitude

• Time management skills to meet deadlines
