Changi Hospital walk 15-20 minutes, or take the bus two stops
Go to the airport (5-8 minutes by car).
7 minutes walk to SIMEI MRT / east point mall.
SUTD 10 minutes.
Simei road blk 156, the downstairs of the blk is the 7/11 store. There is a shelter along the way to MRT station. It's OKAY if rains ! Next to the MRT station is the East point mall. NTUC malls are all available (more malls, cinemas can go to Tampines with only one stop, the bus stop is downstairs, and the various shops around the hawker center are complete.
MOVING IN after 17th Jun 2020 , There are 3 people living in the house and there are no landlords. WE can supply 24 hours of air-conditioning, water, electricity, electricity, gas, and all-inclusive.
