Position: Insurance consultant personal assistant
Salary: S$2200-2500 or above (Interview)

Full time 9.30am - 6pm (Have Lunch time)

Responsibilities:
Provide full spectrum of assistant duties
Handle insurance claims related matters
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with clients and phone call , email
Handle other ad hoc tasks and participate other assigned projects whenever necessary
Office paperwork processing and management
Prepare documents to meet with customers
Requirement:
Very Proficient Microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint)
Basic use Map app
Proficient in spoken & written english
Proficient in spoken & written mandarin

基本会使用地图软件
精通英语口语和书面表达
精通中文口语和书面表达
