Brest Stroke, Front Crowl, Back Stroke, Butterfly

2）基本安全自救（可选）/Self-Survival Skills (Optional)

例如:如何水中穿戴救生衣，如何在船只遇险后自救等

How to wear life jacket on the water and save energy efficiently when incident occur etc...

Those who hopes slim themselves via the exercise in the water

教练简介/Coach Introduction：

1.本人曾为游泳专业学校固定教练员，受过专业培训，教学内容为澳大利亚游泳教师教练协会（ASTCA)所认证.

Coach used to teach students in sports academy for many years and the contents of courses are certified by ASTCA (Australia Swimming Teacher and Coach Association).

2.获得国际运动学院ISA(International Sports Academy)颁发的一级教练证书。

Coach has the Swim Certification, which issued by ISA(International Sports Academy).

3.获得SERA(Singapore Emergency Responder Academy)颁发的急救员证书，为学员在泳池的安全保驾护航。

Coach has the Emergency Certification, which issued by SERA (Singapore Emergency Responder Academy).
