由于工作原因要离开新加坡，所以忍痛割爱地要把住得超舒服的房间出出租掉。 房子是两室两卫一厅的， 主卧住的是一对非常友善的年轻夫妇，和非常礼貌以及爱干净的他们相处得非常愉快！房子和附属设施都是非常新的，只要上网搜搜就知道这个房子是入伙没多久的。 合同是签到2017年7月底的，但是以后还可以续租！房间家具齐全，配备单人床，适合一人入住，虽然不是主卧但是有自己独享的卫生间，非常奢侈！阳台也很大，可以看到泳池景观。 公寓配备大泳池和健身房，BBQ等免费使用，公寓24小时门卫保安。 距离文庆地铁站走路大概7分钟，不喜欢挤地铁的话也可以选择做巴士，小区距离两边的巴士站仅四分钟脚程。 从地铁站一路走过来有很多吃的可供选择，还有大名鼎鼎文东记的招牌鸡饭！
